I offer engaging, honest, and media literate talks for KS3–KS5 students. Sessions will explore my books’ themes of identity, body image, and mental health, and the impact social media has on the above issues.

I will also share details of my writing journey and encourage critical thinking when examining our online behaviours. Sessions are interactive, relatable, and designed to encourage students to question their own relationships with their phone and the internet.

We can work together to curate a talk including specific themes
and examples you would like me to cover, including but not limited to: parasocial relationships, body image, AI reliance, mental health, impossible beauty standards, filters, power dynamics in celebrity/influencer culture.

I’ll deliver a reflective and informative forty-five minute presentation exploring my journey to publication, the themes behind my books, relatable examples in media and social media, and using writing as a tool for emotional processing and self-expression. Followed by a fifteen minute Q&A and book signing.
